Jama jama is a rich vegetable soup very pipular in Cameroon. It can be prepared in different ways depending in yiur region or tribe. It is usually eaten with; fufu corn , boiled ripe / unripe plantain. Taro / cocoyams, casava sticks , sweet potatoes, yellow sugar yam white yam etc . It is the traditional dish of the people of the grassland region of kom. The real traditional way if preparing this soup is nit very spicy.
